Presna vanilijeva krema s karamelo iz namaza iz zemeljskih mandljev

Hitra in enostavna sladica za jesenske dni. Kremasta, ravno prav sladka, ki jo užijamo brez slabe vesti. Lakho jo pripravimo za posebno priložnost, je zanimiva tudi na pogled.

 

 

Krema:
100 g indijskih oreščkov
1 Vanilijeva strok (sredica)
1 žlička kokosovega sladkorja za posip

Postopek:
Mehke datlje, namaz iz zemeljskih mandljev in sol zmeljite v sekljalnku. Med mletjem po žličkah dodajajte vodo do željene gostote. Nato jo z žličko nadevate v 2 kozarčka.
Krema: indijske oreščke namakajte v topli vodi 30 min, odcedite in sperite. V blenderju jih zmeljite skupaj z “mlekom”, agavinim sirupom, soljo in sredico vanilijeva stroka. Krema mora biti gladka, brez grudic. Med mletjem nato dodajte še nad paro stopljeno maslo in olje.
Kremo prelijete čez karamelo in postavite v hladilnik, preden jo postrežete, jo okrasite še s kokosovim sladkorjem.

Raw vegan dessert with tiger nut spread caramel

 

A quick and easy dessert for autumn days. Creamy, just right sweet goodie which we can enjoy it without a guilt. You can easily prepare it for a special occasion.

Recipe:

Caramel:
70 g of dates
30 g of Tiger nut spread
A pinch of unrefined Himalayan salt

Cream:
100 g cashew nuts
15 ml of dark agave syrup
15 g of coconut butter
10 g of coconut oil
1 Vanilla pod (seeds only)
1/4 cup ‘milk’ from tigernuts
1 teaspoon coconut sugar to sprinkle

Process:
Grind soft dates, ground almond spread and salt in a mincer. While grinding on spoons, add water to the desired density. Then spoon it into 2 glasses.
Cream: Soak cashews in warm water for 30 minutes, drain and rinse. In a blender, grind them together with “milk”, agave syrup, salt and vanilla bean core. The cream should be smooth, without lumps. While grinding, then add more melted butter and oil over steam.
Pour the cream over the caramel and place in the fridge, before serving, garnish with coconut sugar.
